📦 We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Actual product appearance, size, and effects may vary.

Please review all product details and dimensions before purchasing.

📦 Packaging may be affected during transit.

Minor packaging damage does not qualify for a refund if the product itself is in proper condition.

🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

📦 Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

• Clear photos/videos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

⚠️ Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.

We reserve the right to:

• Offer a replacement instead of a refund
• Deny the request if sufficient proof is not provided
